ytd had pe. me lorhs ! din exercise dhen is lyk today whole body aching lyk siao.
whad we did was:
0.5km run
20 push ups
20 standing broad jumps
6 sets of shuttle runs back and forth
40 situps
200 skipping

LOLX ! well. today overall was the same just that im SUPER tired larhs. whole body pain lyk siao. pulled myself thru class. felt lyk dying thru band.

RECRUITS 06 SHULD BURN IN HELL ! AHHH ! my sec 1s r driving me mad. they just dun listen. notebk dun bring kena scolded and cry dhen happy happy go home. wth laa. combine is e same lorhs. mr wong just talk abt the horns cos of e horn solo. frm 181 to the end lorhs.
